Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order with IncorpMe at any time by emailing [email protected]. Whether a cancellation entitles you to a refund depends on the product and the stage of your order, as set out below. This policy should be read together with our Refund Policy, which governs refund eligibility and the request process in full.

1. LLC Guide (DIY)

You may cancel access to the LLC Guide at any time. Refund eligibility for cancellations is governed by our Refund Policy, which allows requests within 14 days of purchase, subject to how much content has been accessed.

2. Done-For-You Filing Services

For DFY orders, whether a cancellation qualifies for a refund depends on whether filing has started.

Before Filing Starts

If you cancel before filing has started (before your order has been received by our team or before we have begun preparing or submitting your formation documents), you may be eligible for a refund of the IncorpMe service charge, subject to approval. Any payment processing fees already incurred are non-refundable.

After Filing Has Started

Once filing has started, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. The IncorpMe service charge and any government or third-party fees already paid on your behalf (state filing fees, IRS EIN fees, registered agent costs) are non-refundable, as these funds have already been committed or disbursed to state agencies and other third parties on your behalf.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Regardless of when you cancel, the following are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are paid directly to third-party agencies:

  • State LLC filing fees paid to state agencies
  • IRS EIN application and processing costs
  • Registered agent fees paid for the current term
  • Expedited processing fees or courier fees
  • Annual report fees paid to state agencies

4. How to Cancel

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation Request”
  2. Include your order number and the email address used at purchase
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your cancellation
